Job Description

Main duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and formulate media calendar to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
  • Plan for annual Marketing Budget, utilize resources, and allocate the communications budget effectively to achieve desired results and a highest return on investment.
  • Plan communications campaigns with Marketing agencies to cover digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising to increase brand awareness and optimize revenue.
  • Ensure consistency in the hotel's brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
  • Manage and optimize the hotel’s website, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns (PPC, email marketing, SEO, etc.) to enhance online presence.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Use insights to refine marketing efforts and strategies.
  • Develop engaging content for various marketing platforms, including blogs, social media, and advertisements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, content creators and other key partners to drive positive coverage, public awareness, and commercial outcomes.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs.
  • Implement Brand standard and guidelines through reviewing all communications materials including but not limited to sales decks, in-house collaterals and displays, press materials, ad copies and marketing assets.

 


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content strategy.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical & relational skills to develop relevant action plans and demonstrate teamwork.
