Responsible for planning, managing, controlling, participating, coordinating and conducting training needs and training programs in order to enhance the quality of services as well as to improve the performance efficiency of team members and to ensure that the service provided to the hotel guests is exemplary and that the team member has sufficient self-confidence to carry out his/her job efficiently. The Learning and Development Manager is further responsible that there is clear communication to all team members about systems and policies & procedures in the hotel according to management's requirement.
Minimum 5 years of training/facilitation experience.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language.
Proficient in MS Excel, word and PowerPoint.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skill.
Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high pressure situation.
A team player & builder.
A motivator & self starter.
