L’Hôtel Mövenpick Marrakech est à la recherche d’un(e) Learning & Development Manager motivé(e) et expérimenté(e) pour piloter les programmes de formation
Description du poste :
En tant que Learning & Development Manager, vous serez responsable de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et du suivi des programmes de formation pour l’ensemble des équipes de l’hôtel. Vous contribuerez au développement des compétences, à la montée en performance et à la motivation des Heartists.
Missions principales :
- Évaluer les besoins en formation et développement des équipes.
- Élaborer et déployer des plans de formation adaptés aux différents services de l’hôtel.
- Concevoir des supports pédagogiques innovants et adaptés.
- Organiser et animer des sessions de formation en présentiel et en e-learning.
- Assurer le suivi et l’évaluation de l’impact des formations.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables opérationnels et les ressources humaines.
- Veiller à la conformité des formations avec les normes internes et réglementaires.
Profil recherché :
- Diplôme Bac+5 en Ressources Humaines, Gestion de la Formation, Sciences de l’Éducation ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, dans le secteur hôtelier.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et animation de groupe.
- Maîtrise des techniques de formation et des outils digitaux.
- Sens de l’organisation, rigueur et autonomie.
- Esprit d’équipe, capacité d’écoute et d’adaptation.
