We are seeking a dedicated Turkish Instructor who is also an Arabic speaker to join our language education team in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Turkish language instruction to Arabic-speaking students, fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive Turkish language curricula tailored to Arabic-speaking students
- Conduct engaging Turkish language classes for students at various proficiency levels
- Create and maintain a positive, supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and learning
- Prepare and deliver lesson plans that incorporate diverse teaching methods and materials
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations, tests, and assignments
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their language development
- Organize and participate in cultural activities to enhance students' understanding of Turkish culture
- Collaborate with other instructors to share best practices and improve teaching methodologies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and grades
- Stay updated on the latest language teaching techniques and technologies
- Native or near-native proficiency in Turkish
- Fluency in Arabic, both spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree in Turkish Language, Education, or a related field
- Previous experience teaching Turkish as a foreign language, preferably to Arabic speakers
- Strong knowledge of Turkish grammar, vocabulary, and culture
- Familiarity with various language teaching methodologies and classroom management techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans
- Patient and supportive approach to student learning
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse student needs
- Enthusiasm for language education and cultural exchange
- Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities and events
