Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Income Audit Clerk to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, particularly focusing on income-related entries and reconciliations.

  • Verify and audit daily income reports from various departments
  • Reconcile cash, credit card, and other payment transactions
  • Identify and investigate discrepancies in financial records
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and statements
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and financial audits
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
  • Contribute to the improvement of financial processes and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in income auditing or a similar financial role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong data entry abilities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is a plus
  • Familiarity with hospitality industry financial operations is preferred
