Group Sales Manager será responsable de desarrollar, gestionar y cerrar oportunidades del segmento MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions & Exhibitions) para maximizar ingresos y posicionar a SLS Playa Mujeres como una de las principales opciones de lujo en el Caribe Mexicano. Este rol requiere liderazgo comercial, fuerte enfoque en resultados, excelente relación con clientes nacionales y de Estados Unidos, así como un dominio profundo del mercado de grupos en resorts all inclusive.
Responsabilidades principales
- Desarrollar estrategias de ventas para captar grupos MICE del mercado nacional y USA.
- Administrar, fortalecer y expandir relaciones con cuentas corporativas, agencias, meeting planners y socios estratégicos.
- Analizar necesidades del cliente, preparar propuestas personalizadas y negociar contratos.
- Realizar prospección activa, visitas comerciales y participación en ferias, eventos y roadshows.
- Lograr y superar metas mensuales y anuales de producción y conversión.
- Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Revenue, Banquetes, Operaciones y Eventos para garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares y la ejecución impecable de cada grupo.
- Asegurar la correcta transición del evento desde la venta hasta la operación.
- Mantener comunicación constante con el Director de Ventas & Marketing y el equipo de SLS Playa Mujeres.
- Gestionar solicitudes, RFPs y reportes en sistemas como Delphi, Cvent, y otras plataformas comerciales.
- Crear materiales, presentaciones y herramientas de venta en Canva y Microsoft Office.
- Actualizar bases de datos, generar forecast y reportes de desempeño semanal y mensual.
Requisitos del Perfil
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobable en ventas MICE dentro de resorts all inclusive o cadenas hoteleras de lujo.
- Experiencia sólida en mercado nacional y USA en el segmento de grupos.
- Historial de cumplimiento de metas y cierre exitoso de negocios de alto valor.
- Dominio de Delphi (indispensable).
- Manejo de Cvent, Canva, Microsoft Office y otras herramientas relacionadas con el proceso comercial y la gestión de grupos.
- Conocimiento profundo del ciclo de ventas MICE, tarifas, bloqueos, contratos, F&B y logística de grupos.

- Posición basada preferentemente en hotel (SLS Playa Mujeres).
- Modalidad remota aceptada solo si el/la candidato(a) reside en Ciudad de México.
