Location: On-site in Knutsford, Cheshire, North-West England (not remote)

Your purpose will be:

To carry out all required duties to maintain the exterior appearance of the property including gardens, car parks, lawns and other landscaped areas.

• Daily maintenance of the Hotel and Spa gardens, car park and drives, lawns, and other landscaped areas 

• Planning, costing, and implementation of planting schemes 

• Planning and implementation of landscaping projects  

• To achieve a high level of attention to detail in all tasks undertaken 

• To be highly motivated and productive with a strong work ethic 

• To communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, members and guests 

• To always maintain healthy and safe working practices 

• Good time management 

• At least 2 years’ experience as a gardener or landscaper 

• NVQ level 2 in horticulture (or equivalent) 

• Ability to work unsupervised and in a team 

• Planning and implementation of planting schemes and landscaping projects 

• Good communication skills 

• Good work ethic and self-motivation 

The additional attributes below would be advantageous but not essential: 

• Spraying Pa1 and 6 

• Chainsaw cs 30/31 

• Possesses a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
