We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead the next chapter of Mr Good Guy.  This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-loved venue, inspire a talented team, and create exceptional guest experiences that keep locals and visitors coming back for more.

• Assisting in the smooth operation of the F&B department
• Creating a seamless dining experience for our guests, making everyone feel welcome and valued 
• Ensuring all team members are confident and competent in selling menu items, beverage items, and hotel services 
• Animate the restaurant and bar to make it fun, unique and an enjoyable experience for all guests, through creative activations and events
• The ability to coordinate and manage the day-to-day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience – every guest, every interaction, every day
• Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams. Your lead-by-example approach will be infectious
• Be a calming influence amid a highly pressured, fast-paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of
• Have a flexible approach to adapting to guest requests, and have the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers

• Experience in food & beverage operations, ideally within the hotel industry
• Experienced with local marketing knowledge in the restaurant industry is highly desired
• Have the ability to think on your feet and solve problems
• Highly organised self-starter with the ability to effectively manage priorities
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated high-quality service standard
• Previous supervisor experience
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
