Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service across our restaurant and bar, ensuring every guest experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and efficient service to all guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver promptly
- Set up and reset tables, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards
- Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, promotions, and specials
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
- Follow all hygiene, food safety, and workplace health & safety procedures
Qualifications
About You
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred but not essential)
- A positive attitude with a genuine passion for guest service
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
- RSA certification (required)
