We are looking for an exceptional hospitality leader to take ownership of this unique space. As Club Millésime Supervisor, you'll lead the team on the floor, ensuring every guest interaction reflects Sofitel's luxury standards while creating memorable experiences and driving operational excellence.
Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Supervise the Club Millésime team - delivering exceptional luxury service and supporting team success.
- Create memorable guest experiences by welcoming VIPs, ALL members and Club Millésime guests with personalised service.
- Oversee the daily operation of the lounge, ensuring outstanding presentation, food and beverage service, and attention to detail.
- Resolve guest enquiries with confidence and professionalism, turning every interaction into a positive experience.
- Work collaboratively with Front Office, Housekeeping and the culinary team to deliver seamless guest experiences.
- Coach and support team members while maintaining Sofitel's luxury standards and brand expectations.
- Contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of Club Millésime through strong organisation, communication and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
- Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, executive lounge, Front Office or Food & Beverage environment is highly regarded
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and personalised luxury service.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading by example.
- Experience with Opera Cloud PMS (or a similar system) is preferred.
- Current RSA certification and flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
