We’re looking for an organised and proactive Engineering Adminstrator to lead the daily operations of our engineering office and drive our success.


Job Description

In this vital role, you’ll be the backbone of our Engineering team, efficiently allocating tasks and ensuring seamless collaboration with hotel departments to meet maintenance needs. Your responsibilities will include managing parts inventory and overseeing contractor site visits to guarantee high standards. You’ll work closely with the Chief Engineer on essential administrative tasks, maintain organized departmental files, and manage calendars to keep our operations running smoothly.

Additionally, you’ll ensure contractor compliance, issue keys, obtain quotes for repairs, control maintenance programs, prepare purchase orders, update chemical registers, and assist with budget management. Your contributions will be essential in supporting project completions and upholding safety documentation, making you a key player in our engineering success story.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a maintenance or trades related office role
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking and managing priorities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with other departments
  • Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential maintenance challenges
