Hotel Ibis Styles Antofagasta busca un Encargado de Reservas que cumpla con las siguientes características y responsabilidades:
Gestionar la disponibilidad de habitaciones y tarifas, así como vender habitaciones y monitorear reservas individuales y grupales, buscando la máxima ocupación hotelera y el correcto proceso de facturación.
Algunas cualidades requeridas son:
-Proactividad
-Centrarse en el cliente.
-Conocimientos en la gestión de portales de reservas online (Ota's Booking, Expedia...).
-Experiencia en el programa hotelero Opera Cloud.
-Conocimientos avanzados en Office.
-Conocimiento del idioma inglés.
