Job Description

As General Manager, you will be the ambassador of both the brand and the property. With your visionary leadership, strategic mindset, and exceptional interpersonal skills, you will inspire a passionate team, elevate guest satisfaction, and deliver outstanding operational results. Leveraging your strong commercial acumen and business drive, you will position the property prominently in the (luxury/premium/midscale/economy) segment and exceed top-line performance targets.

Your responsibilities:

Leading the Business

  • Direct the overall management and strategic direction of the property, ensuring all departments align with key objectives
  • Optimize financial performance, drive profitability, and manage budgets with precision
  • Ensure strict compliance with operational policies, legal regulations, and brand standards

Building Your Team

  • Play an active role in recruitment, hiring individuals who align with the property’s values and vision
  • Champion employee engagement and foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing work culture
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local partners and the surrounding community

Driving Service Culture

  • Uphold and elevate product and service quality to consistently exceed guest expectations
  • Embody the brand’s values and ensure full implementation of brand standards throughout the property

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role within a comparable hotel brand or business segment
  • A genuine passion for developing talent and nurturing future leaders
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic, lasting relationships
  • Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and excellent communication abilities
  • Inspiring leadership style with a track record of motivating high-performing teams
  • Solid business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive commercial success and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)

You will live the brand by:

  • Setting clear, ambitious short and long-term financial objectives aligned with the brand’s strategic vision
  • Leading by example to ensure every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence
  • Cultivating strong, transparent relationships with owners and stakeholders to maximize asset performance
