Front Desk Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Front Desk Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

- Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Hotel Management Degree or Certification.
- Experience in Hospitality or Customer Service.
- Familiarity with Front Desk Operations.
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Customer Service Skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Problem-Solving Skills.
- English Language Skills
