Job Description

As Director of Revenue, you’ll be a strategic leader responsible for maximising total revenue and profitability across all segments. Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Committee, you’ll develop and implement revenue strategies that drive market share and deliver sustainable commercial success.

  • Lead the hotel’s revenue management function, including pricing, forecasting, channel strategy and inventory optimisation

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and historical data to inform strategic decision-making

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Reservations to optimise demand, conversion and profitability

  • Manage all distribution platforms, including GDS, OTA, Accor channels and direct bookings

  • Oversee and lead the monthly revenue forecast and budgeting processes

  • Provide clear, insightful reporting and recommendations to key stakeholders

  • Develop a culture of commercial awareness across the hotel, empowering leaders to make data-driven decisions

  • Collaborate with the broader Accor network to ensure alignment with brand and group revenue strategies


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in revenue management within a luxury or large-scale hotel environment

  • Commercially focused with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for strategy

  • In-depth knowledge of RMS, CRS, channel management systems and Excel modelling

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and educate at all levels

  • A collaborative approach to leadership, with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships

  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A curious and forward-thinking mindset—always looking for new ways to optimise performance

  • A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and a deep understanding of what drives guest value
