Job Description
- Position our brand as an employer of choice through effective recruitment strategies that attract talent and build a talent pool for effective succession planning within the business.
- Keep the culture of the hotel alive by embedding values, promoting a fair, safe and inclusive environment and leading initiatives that engage and empower the team.
- Preparation of manpower plan and payroll budget for Hotel, ensure that all Heads of Department are informed, assisted with forecasting procedure to ensure that payroll is kept in line with budget.
- To supervise directly the training department and ensure that all training activities are in accordance to the needs of the hotel and all training programs have been smoothly executed.
Qualifications
- Over 5 years’ experience in a senior People & Culture/Human Resources role.
- Passionate about promoting company values and creating programming that supports a positive workplace culture
- A strong working knowledge of employee relations, employment legislation, and performance management processes is essential.
