Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and goal-oriented Food and Bevarge Manager to join our team.  As a key member of our executive team, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and efficiency.

 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals, maximize revenue, and control costs
  • Oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring high standards of service and profitability
  • Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the F&B department
  • Lead and develop a highly accountable team, focusing on service excellence and operational efficiency
  • Handle guest relations, including addressing complaints and inquiries with utmost professionalism
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop effective F&B promotional strategies
  • Stay current with industry trends and implement innovative F&B concepts to maintain a competitive edge

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive management experience in high-end food and beverage operations
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost control expertise
  • Excellent culinary and beverage knowledge, with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software and data analysis for strategic decision-making
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Innovative thinking and adaptability to local culture and cuisine
