We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and service-focused Bar & Restaurant Servers to join our Marco Pierre White Steakhouse team, located within the Mercure Bridgwater Hotel. As part of a high-profile, branded restaurant, you’ll play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and professional service to all guests, ensuring they enjoy a high standard of hospitality

• Take orders efficiently and accurately, offering menu advice and upselling where appropriate

• Serve food and beverages with attention to detail and presentation standards

• Prepare and serve drinks from the bar, maintaining cleanliness and stock levels

• Handle payments and process transactions accurately

• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to ensure smooth service

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented restaurant and bar environment

• Deal with any guest queries or concerns professionally and promptly

About You:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment is desirable, but full training will be provided

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Well-presented, polite, and confident in dealing with guests

• Ability to work as part of a team and stay calm under pressure

• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

• A passion for food, drink, and delivering great guest experiences
