Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and analytical Cluster Director of Revenue to join our team in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of revenue optimization initiatives across multiple properties, driving profitability and growth for our organization.

  • Develop and implement innovative revenue management strategies across a cluster of hotels to maximize total profit
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on revenue-generating opportunities for rooms, restaurants, spas, and other amenities
  • Lead the creation of short-term and long-term forecasts to inform pricing and yielding tactics
  • Chair weekly Revenue Management meetings and prepare comprehensive materials following brand guidelines
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and availability strategies across all booking channels to target the most profitable customer segments
  • Direct and manage channel distribution strategies, ensuring high Distribution health scores for all properties
  • Partner with Marketing teams to execute, measure, and improve digital marketing efforts within established budgets
  • Oversee the implementation and management of revenue management systems, ensuring data quality and system hygiene
  • Monitor economic indicators, market trends, and competitive set performance to derive insight-led profit generation strategies
  • Cultivate a revenue management culture within the organization by providing training and fostering a data-driven mindset
  • Participate in ownership conversations and presentations, communicating complex revenue strategies effectively
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue management or related field, preferably in a multi-property environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful revenue optimization strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., Ideas G3 RMS) and property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS)
  • Experience with sales and catering software (e.g., Delphi or Opera Sales and Catering) is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape in the hospitality industry
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for driving continuous improvement in revenue management practices
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is highly desirable
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
