The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. The hotel is centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street. We encourage new ideas and creativity to be actively involved in developing our hotel. Besides taking up work at Hotel Indre By, you will also be taking care of task in relation to our other hotel at Paper Island.

With only a few steps away from Nyhavn, the 25hours Hotel Paper Island has found its home. The building is located on the island of Christiansholm, also known as Paper Island, which has developed into an urban destination in the heart of Copenhagen. Here, you will find relaxation and serenity based on the ideal Scandivianian island holiday home, awakening memories and sensations brought to life by Swedish creative team STYLT Trampoli. Room categories range from Medium to Gigantic and offer a retreat to suit every traveller and their needs.

Job Description

What You’ll Do…

  • Maximizes hotel RevPAR through a thorough understanding of all booking channels and management of inventory and rate therein
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behaviour to identify revenue-generating opportunities
  • Leads strategic planning and collaborates with all hotel profit generation teams to actively seek opportunities to drive incremental profit for Rooms, F&B, and other revenue streams
  • Provides relevant information and recommendations to the Director of Sales and General Manager in the decision-making process of promotion participation, offline contracts and pricing thereof
  • Closely monitor competitive pricing and understand the impact of relative pricing decisions on property performance and also based on demands and market conditions
  • Leverages Revenue Management analytics, technologies, processes, tools, and training programs to optimize hotels profits
  • Utilize data-driven insights to forecast revenue, occupancy, and average daily rate (ADR) to meet or exceed budgeted goals
  • Produce all relevant components of the Budget pertaining to Revenue Management.
  • Submitting reports in a timely manner, ensuing delivery deadlines
  • Understanding the 360-degree process in forecasting the revenue-based strategies
  • Responsible for completion of all rooms and revenue forecasting, budgeting and planning to accurately project unconstrained demand and both hotels performance in collaboration with the relevant teams

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For…

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Hotel Management degree and/or equivalent experience
  • Experience within the hospitality industry is highly preferable
  • Minimum 5 years of revenue management experience or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of forecasting and interpreting/analyzing results to plan and conducting budgetary analysis - and knowledge of the danish market and trends
  • Strong organizational skills including follow up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
