Pour continuer à faire battre le coeur de cet hôtel, nous recherchons un/une chargé.e de clientèle
Tu rêves de vendre un combo hôtels 4 étoiles, de piloter des événements sensationnels et de booster les ventes tout en rencontrant des gens formidables ? On t’attend ! Au Novotel & Mercure Gare de Lyon, on ne cherche pas juste un(e) chargé(e) de clientèle… mais un(e) vrai(e) super-héros(ïne) de la vente et du service ! 🦸♀️🦸♂️. Tu seras rattaché(e) à l’équipe du Novotel Paris Gare de Lyon
Tes missions quotidiennes ?
- Vendre à tout va : Commercialiser nos chambres, espaces de réunion et événements. Demande, offre, relance… tu mènes la danse ! 🎶
- Sur le terrain : Il n’y a pas que l’ordi dans la vie ! Tu seras là pour que chaque événement se déroule à la perfection. 💼
- Coordination de choc : Tu seras l'interface entre les services pour que tout roule comme sur des roulettes.
- Stratège commercial(e) : Participer activement à notre stratégie MICE et proposer des idées de génie pour faire briller nos hôtels.
- Force de proposition : Tu as des idées plein la tête pour dynamiser nos ventes ? On t'écoute !
Qui es-tu ?
- Commercial(e) dans l'âme : Le goût de la vente, c’est ton carburant, tu n'as peur de rien !
- Ambassadeur(rice) né(e) : Nos hôtels ? Tu les vends avec un grand sourire et une énergie de feu !
- Créateur(rice) de relations de confiance : À l’écoute, convaincant(e) et charmant(e), tu sais fidéliser nos clients.
- Optimiseur(trice) d’espaces : Les chambres, les salons, tout ça, c’est ton terrain de jeu. Tu maximises chaque mètre carré !
- Chouchouteur(euse) des clients : Ils repartent avec le sourire et une envie folle de revenir.
- Adaptable comme un ninja : Les changements ? Pas un problème pour toi ! Tu t’adaptes avec aisance et énergie.
- Bac +2 en tourisme, hôtellerie ou commercial, mais surtout, une première expérience réussie dans un rôle similaire (tu sais de quoi tu parles !)
- Anglais au top : Parce que nos clients viennent du monde entier, et tu veux leur offrir un service de pro.
