Dans cet hôtel international 5 étoiles d'Abidjan, Sofitel marie luxe français et charme africain. Situé au bord de la lagune Ebrié dans le district d'Abidjan, le Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire vous ouvre ses portes avec 423 chambres & suites spacieuses et design avec vue sur la lagune ou le quartier chic de Cocody. Son spa, son fitness, son cinéma 3D, sa piscine extérieure ainsi que ses 4 restaurants et 5 bars vous invitent à la détente. L'hôtel vous accompagne pour vos événements professionnels et privés grâce à ses 19 salles de conférences modernes et équipées et son Palais des congrès de 1650 places. Le Sofitel Abidjan Hôtel Ivoire permet d' allier travail et détente. En plus d'être situé à proximité du centre-ville et du quartier des affaires d'Abidjan, il se trouve en effet à proximité des sites touristiques de Grand-Bassam ou d'Assinie. A 10 minutes de route seulement du Plateau, vous pourrez visiter également la Grande Mosquée d'Abidjan, la cathédrale Saint-Paul et le Musée des Civilisations de Côte d'Ivoire. Le jardin botanique de Bingerville se situe à 45 minutes en voiture.
Mission :
Participer à la satisfaction des nos Heartists par la promotion d’une communication interne efficace et à la mise en œuvre de la politique Ressources Humaines.
Responsabilités :
- Coordination des démarches administratives relatives au titres de séjours du personnel non Ivoirien
- Gestion de la communication interne
- Gestion des procédures disciplinaires
- Gestion des vestiaire et des espaces dédiés au personnel
- Etablissement de différents documents administratifs en faveur du personnel (Attestations, etc.)
- Veille relative à l’application des procédures RH
- Organisation des rencontres avec représentants du personnel
- Gestion de archivage de la Direction Talents & Culture
- Coordination et organisation des événements internes RH (anniversaires, fête du personnel, arbre de noël, etc.)
- Prise en charge de dossiers spécifiques à la demande de sa hiérarchie
- BAC +2/3 minimum en Ressources Humaines, Administration des Affaires, Secrétariat ou tout autre diplôme équivalent
- Minimum 03 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire
- Maitrise des outils informatiques Word, Excel, Powerpoint, et d’autres logiciel de présentation
