Job Description

  • Takes responsibility for all work on the building, plants, or technical installations.
  • Consults specialists for significant issues, records decisions, and procedures.
  • Implements preventive maintenance procedures and ensures timely spare parts supply.
  • Determines repair priorities, ensures competent execution, and approves invoices.
  • Prepares monthly reports on works, machine maintenance, energy consumption, etc.
  • Controls and approves invoices for installations, spare parts, and material consumption.
  • Organizes training for engineering staff and assists in Fire & Safety training.
  • Manages maintenance contracts, liaises with authorities, and monitors their work and invoices.
  • Ensures staff familiarity with emergency procedures and conducts regular technical training.
  • Initiates Fire Fighting Training and maintains vacation/public holiday records for staff.
  • Familiarizes with company documentation and standards, assists in new openings.
  • Undertakes any other reasonable tasks as assigned.


  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospitality maintenance or a similar role.
  • Understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with staff and guests.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and standards in the hospitality industry.
