Job Description

The Global Sales Europe team is looking for a Coordinator for 2 years (Apprenticeship/Alternance), starting on September 2nd, 2024. We are a team of more than 45 experts on every continent and key markets, global selling, promoting, and animating their respective market for our hotels worldwide. Global key accounts range from very traditional luxury retail agencies to private concierge companies, niche tour operators, high end business travel agencies, luxury program affiliates (Virtuoso, Serandipians, Ensemble, Signature, Internova, etc...) and credit-card programs (American Express).

As Luxury & Lifestyle Sales Coordinator you will be reporting to the Executive Director Global Luxury &Lifestyle Sales (based in France) as well as supporting 2 Luxury Sales Directors based in Europe. On a day-to-day basis, you will work closely with the Inside Sales Specialist, based in Paris.

The Global Luxury & Lifestyle Sales Coordinator duties will be : 

  • Support for Luxury Sales missions (roadshows, sales missions, client events, tradeshows). 
  • Admin coordination, such as reporting, maintain the CRM (Salesforce), general accounting support, invoicing, booking reports, consolidation of commission requests, preparation meetings.
  • Contribute to marketing and sales support, design video accompany events throughout the year.

Qualifications

Typical Background 

  • 1-2 previous experiences in hospitality (hotel or travel industry)
  • Fluent English mandatory, full ability to work in English
  • Masters Office365 Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)

  • Independent and organized
  • Creative and able to take initiatives/anticipate
