Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Communication Executive to join our dynamic team in Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies that elevate our brand and drive business growth.

  • Plan, implement, and monitor marketing and communication campaigns in line with Sofitel brand standards
  • Create, review, and distribute marketing collaterals, including brochures, banners, flyers, and digital assets
  • Manage and update content on digital platforms, including the hotel website and social media channels
  • Coordinate PR activities, including press releases, media visits, influencer collaborations, and photoshoots
  • Support the organization and promotion of hotel events, weddings, F&B promotions, and seasonal campaigns
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, Events, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
  • Maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of projects
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, marketing ROI, and social media engagement
  • Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to Sofitel and Accor brand guidelines
  • Assist in purchase requisitions, and documentation related to marketing activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge and social media management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with a good understanding of branding and visual aesthetics
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
