These programs are structured development initiatives designed for recent graduates. It offers hands-on experience through rotations across various departments, training sessions, and mentorship.

Inspire Graduate Program

Accor Inspire Graduate Program is designed for young talents eager to fast-track their careers in the operational side in hospitality. Participants take part in rotational experiences across various hotel departments, from front office and housekeeping to food & beverage and more, gaining a 360° view of hotel operations

International Corporate Volunteer

The V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) is a French program that allows companies to send young European graduates under 28 to work abroad in one of their international locations.
