Are you passionate about learning and development? Do you enjoy engaging with diverse teams across multiple countries? Join our Accor Academy team as a Junior Trainer and help shape the future of learning for our Heartists in the BENELUX region!
What will you do?
- Deliver Accor Academy training sessions and workshops across BENELUX, primarily in French or English (Dutch is a plus).
- Occasionally facilitate online training sessions for the Europe & North Africa (ENA) region in English.
- Organize learning journeys, including application and assessment materials, online assessments, and pre/post-training reports.
- Support Academy communications with BENELUX stakeholders, including hotel visits, GM meetings, and VP Operations updates.
- Assist and guide users on the Digital Learning Platform to enhance their learning experience.
Our ideal profile would be:
- A background in Learning & Development or training delivery.
- Project management experience with strong organizational skills.
- Experience in- or a passion for the hospitality industry will help facilitating trainings and exchanging with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus).
- Familiarity with digital learning systems is an advantage.
