Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you:

Within Accor Tech, the tech lead is responsible for the full life cycle of the billing and e-invoicing application from a technological standpoint. This includes the architecture, technical design, run and build - whether these are handled in-house or outsourced.

The tech lead ensures the applications evolve to meet changing needs and incorporate advancements in technology.

Your mission : 

RUN

• Maintain billing solutions and e-invoicing systems, ensuring they meet industry standards and compliance requirements.

• Manage integrations and ensure system scalability, security, performance, and reliability.

• Oversee hosting and manage technical third-party providers

• Manage third-party contracts, support and licenses linked to the software strategy of Accortech

• Oversee and manage maintenance and end-user support across all levels (L1, L2, L3).

• Ensure the Security and Compliance (Privacy Policy, GDPR) of the platform.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

BUILD

• Lead the planning, budget, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical projects.

• Collaborate with business process owners and other stakeholders to ensure ongoing alignment with strategy during execution.

• Design, implement, and establish advanced billing solutions and e-invoicing systems.

• Manage a team of developers and functional teams, including setting goals, conducting code reviews, and providing mentorship and guidance.

• Drive technical discussions and develop plans to improve code quality, system design, and development processes.

• Maintain a hands-on approach to software architecture, design, and coding.

• Establish and supervise the product development lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in technology, integrating them into the design and development of new systems and features.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dev, test, and production environments.

• Define roadmap to ensure scalability, steady level of performance and sustainability of the solution.

• Manage in strong line €1.7M budget


Qualifications

And you ? :

Hard Skills:

• Graduated from an engineering or business school with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience.

• Excellent proficiency in Salesforce Billing or Zuora Billing or Kansys edge systems.

• Proven track record in managing and maintaining one or multiple applications related to financial billing and e-invoicing processes (performance, security, functionality, availability), as well as financial processes (accounts receivable/payable, general accounting, consolidation, and reporting, etc.).

• Comprehensive knowledge of IT processes (incident, problem, and change management).

• Several experiences in leading application teams.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Goal-oriented and focused on delivery.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbally).

• Familiarity with Cloud Providers such as AWS, Azure, and OCI.
