Towering over Jakarta’s prime SCBD district 8 Complex, 25hours Hotel The Oddbird is set to open soon as the first 25hours Hotel in Asia that offers a hybrid mix of both hotel accommodation and serviced apartments. Comprises with 210 hotel rooms and suites, also 135 fully furnished serviced apartments, each enjoying a generous amount of space and spectacular views of Jakarta’s skyline. The property also offers F&B outlets, meeting rooms, a ballroom, and a recreational facility that includes a 24-hour fitness center, an outdoor swimming pool, a steam room, a sauna, and whirlpools.

- You’ll develop a strategic training plan that aligns with business goals and addresses skill gaps.
- You’ll design and deliver impactful training programs to achieve organizational goals.
- You’ll drive company culture.
- You’ll ensure delivery of an effective onboarding program to support the retention of new talent and encourage a smooth transition into the business.
- You’ll conduct training needs analysis and develop the employee development plan.
- You’ll set up on-the-job training system, handle placement and scheduling of trainees, monitor and supervise their performance.
- You’ll manage the training budget effectively, ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising the quality of programs.
- You’ll administer all training records, ensure efficient records keeping and filing system.
Your experience and personality are that certain something ...
- You’ve a proven track record in training leadership role for at least 2 years.
- You’ve excellent skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- You've strong communication and presentation skills.
- You’re creative, proactive, confident in working with other teams and leaders.
- You’re detailed-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- You’re familiar with talent management and performance appraisal processes.
