What You’ll Be Doing (Your Learning Journey)
- Recruitment & Selection: Dive into the complete selection process, working alongside our team to identify and recruit top talent for our corporate offices and hotels.
- Employer Branding: Join the Heartist revolution! Collaborate with our partners to elevate and showcase our employer brand. Partner with universities and career fairs to help us attract the best young talent
- Compensations & Benefits: Gain insights into compensation and benefits processes, labor law, and personnel management.
- Currently studying (or recently graduated) in Humans Resources, Psychology, Labour Relations or similar.
- Strong English communication skills
- Creative and proactive mindset with a passion for working with people.
- A team player who loves learning and taking on challenges.
