Job Description

  • Supports all Mantis hotels in all the Talent & Culture aspects and being the main points of contact for T&C related matters of hotels.
  • Analyses the working procedures and discusses possible improvements with all Mantis hotels General Managers.
  • Attends the important events organized the Ministry of Tourism or any other entity that has a business relation with Talent & Culture.
  • Follows up with all Mantis hotels about different initiatives and any other programs launched by the company.
  • Plans hotels’ visits and reviews when applicable.
  • Support new Mantis hotel openings critical path by identifying the T&C requirements, manning, recruitment, and policies.
  • Plans & executes hotels' annual Talent & Culture Audits.
  • Maintains effective & healthy relationship with hotels and governmental entities.
  • Ensures full adherence of all hotels with Accor Talent & Culture policies and practices.
  • Strengthens the communication patters with all the T&C leaders in SA and other country T&C leaders in the region.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of performance management & strategic planning.
  • Strong hotels' Talent & Culture operational background.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability of evaluating financial performances and profitability. 
  • Ideally Multi Properties Experience.

Additional Information

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (hospitality management, business management)
  • Language Requirement: English 
  • Result oriented
