Job Description

  • Ensure team culture is at the forefront of the talent & culture division 
  • Provide professional, engaging and friendly service to create an outstanding employee experience 
  • Oversee end to end recruitment, onboarding, learning & development and employee engagement
  • Manage workplace health & safety; ensure compliance training is completed, manage workplace accident reporting and provide guidance to the WHS committee
  • Sensitively manage employment relations matters, ensuring proactive communication with relevant parties 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a HR leadership position or within a hospitality environment advantageous
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Positive, people focused and motivated to excel
