We have also integrated some Vietnamese touches into the interior to give it a sense of place. 

• Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
• Posting and maintains job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
• Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries, Assist in maintaining employee records. Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork
• Participates and assists in career days and company social and networking events
• Contribute to training program coordination
• Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
• Work proactively with other team members. Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current enrolment in a related bachelor’s or master’s degree program, or recent graduate.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.
• Internship length from 3 to 6 months
