The Hotel has a distinguished French style architecture which was preserved, while the décor of the rooms is designed to evoke a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with earth-tone accents and dark wooden floors.
We have also integrated some Vietnamese touches into the interior to give it a sense of place.
- Develops a working knowledge of HR information databases and searchable resources.
- Posting and maintains job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
- Files documents and answers client and employee inquiries, Assist in maintaining employee records. Assist in new employee orientation and paperwork
- Participates and assists in career days and company social and networking events
- Contribute to training program coordination
- Prepare Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents
- Work proactively with other team members. Prioritize activities for the best interest of the team when working on joint projects
- Other duties as assigned.
- Current enrolment in a related bachelor’s or master’s degree program, or recent graduate.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time-management abilities.
- Internship length from 3 to 6 months
- This internship will allow you to learn the quality standards of the hotel industry. You will be able to develop a whole range of transversal skills for your professional success. Dynamism, the sense of detail, teamwork … to name a few. All these values will be useful to you in the future, both professionally and personally.
