SOFITEL DUBAI THE OBELISK

Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk is Sofitel’s largest property in the Middle East. The hotel features 594 luxury guestrooms inclusive of 68 suites and 96 serviced apartments in the heart of Dubai. Job Description

The Position

Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Training Manager within the limits of Sofitel Dubai the Obelisk policies and procedures; assist colleagues with HR related matters, support HR colleagues with admin related tasks, as well as provide classroom trainings and maintain training administration.


Qualifications

  • Entitled as full-time student during 6-month internship period 
  • Enrolled in a degree in relation to Hospitality Management 
  • No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities are preferred
  • Eloquent in English 
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Interpersonal skills, Time and Task Management skills
  • Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development
  • Have experience with designing and analytical skill is a plus
  • Eyes for details, good organization skills and logic thinking
