We are currently seeking a Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent time management skills, a strong engagement in HR practices, and a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth of our hotel while working in a high-end environment.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Talent & Culture manager to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Talent & Culture initiatives and projects.
- Process day-to-day Talent & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner
- Create and update employee data records in the system
- Create personal files and assist with general filing
- Prepare various letters and communication to employees
- Prepare monthly employee newsletter
- Organise and execute employees’ social, athletic, and recreational activities
- Update and track annual and probation period appraisals of all employees
- Assist colleagues will all HR-related queries and questions
- Conduct and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
- Manage resignation and clearance procedures
- Maintain good working relationships and partnerships with and departments and stakeholders
- Bachelors's Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Previous experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint and HRIS
