We are seeking a dynamic Talent & Culture Coordinator to join our team. Be at the forefront of recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training, and help with workplace safety while making a significant impact on our vibrant hotel environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Soft suites
- Handling enquiries, contracts, assisting with correspondence
- Social media postings, assisting with staff events and internal promotional material
- Offering professional, engaging and friendly service to support staff and departments
- Assisting with Onboarding of staff and continuing a strong & healthy work-culture.
- Assist with Learning & Development scheduling and recording.
- Maintaining staff records, reports, monthly stats and compliance.
- Supporting the payroll process.
- Effective correspondence and interaction with internal teams.
- Assisting with Health & Safety and Sustainability (ESG)
