Mission :
En tant que Chef de Brigade, vos responsabilités et missions principales seront les suivantes :
- Vous assurez un accueil chaleureux et de qualité à vos clients, et veillez au bon déroulement de leur séjour.
- Vous renseignez le client sur ses diverses demandes et lui proposez une réponse adaptée à ses besoins.
- Vous assurez les opérations liées à l’arrivée et au départ du client, et gérez les litiges en veillant à ce que le client soit satisfait des propositions offertes.
- Vous gérez la facturation, l’encaissement et le fonds de caisse pendant le service.
- Vous contribuez à optimiser le prix moyen par chambre et cherchez à effectuer des ventes additionnelles en appliquant les politiques commerciales et tarifaires de l’hôtel.
- Vous coordonnez la gestion et l’attribution des chambres avec les différents services de l’hôtel.
- Vous préparez les arrivées groupes pour assurer un accueil rapide et conforme aux demandes des clients.
- Vous organisez et encadrez le travail de votre équipe de Réceptionnistes, et vous vous assurez de la qualité des prestations d’accueil délivrées.
- Vous assistez votre Chef de Réception et ses Assistants dans la gestion du service et l’optimisation du chiffre d’affaires.
- Ambassadeur de la marque et du groupe, vous participez à la concrétisation des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs de votre service, avec notamment le coaching de l’équipe sur les attitudes de Service et la prescription des cartes Le Club.
- Toutes autres tâches requises par les besoins du service ou de l’hôtel dans le but de satisfaire nos clients et de faciliter leur séjour.
Profil :
- Expérience au même poste exigée, dans un hôtel de même catégorie
- Connaissance du logiciel Opéra Cloud est souhaitée
- Maitrise de l’anglais indispensable, bonne pratique de l’italien souhaitée
- Qualités d’organisation, réactivité et diplomatie sont indispensables, ainsi qu’un sens aigu du service et capacité à encadrer une équipe.
- Excellente présentation et aisance relationnelle sont impératives
