- Responsable por el área Alojamiento y A&B
- Organiza las compras del área, así como de toda la infraestructura necesaria para el personal involucrado.
- Responsable por la definición y control del presupuesto.
- Define los parámetros de la calidad de todo lo que adquiera.
- Dirige la coordinación de programas de promoción de sus productos e incluso los servicios y soluciones de su establecimiento al público en general.
- Supervisar el rendimiento del hotel por departamento, orientar las acciones preventivas / correctivas aplicables, junto con los directivos responsables, con el objetivo de lograr la satisfacción del cliente.
- Responsable de la contratación, inducción, formación y temas contractuales (turnos, asistencia, horas extras, vacaciones, etc) de su equipo. Junto con supervisar y coordinar a los colaboradores para la entrega de un servicio de acuerdo con los estándares de la marca. Además, de mantener un equipo comprometido y con excelente clima laboral.
- Poner al cliente en el centro de todo lo que hace y la adopción y puesta en práctica de medidas correctoras ante deficiencias detectadas.
- Impulsar la venta y motivar acciones.
- En área de mantención tener conocimientos básicos, sobre el funcionamiento de los equipos, prevención y mantención.
- 2 años de experiencia en cargo similar
- Estudios en Administración de empresas/ Gastronomía/ Hotelería
- Inglés fluído
- Gestión de presupuesto del área
- Análisis financieros del área
- Fuerte conocimiento en estrategias de marketing y ventas
- Persona creativa e innovadora
