We are seeking a dynamic and visionary General Manager to lead two distinct yet complementary brands — Mercure, a trusted regional business and conference hotel with strong local roots, and TRIBE, a bold, design-led lifestyle brand focused on modern travelers who seek style, creativity, and connection.
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic business acumen, creative leadership, and operational excellence to deliver exceptional results across both properties. As the face of both brands, you will embody their values and ensure the delivery of outstanding guest experience. In this key leadership role, you will provide strategic direction, foster high-performing teams, and maintain strong visibility in both the local markets and within Accor’s network.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and operational direction for both Mercure and TRIBE hotels, ensuring each brand’s identity and performance objectives are fully realized.
- Drive top-line performance, profitability, and sustainable growth while achieving key business KPIs.
- Oversee all hotel operations ensuring outstanding guest experiences, strong financial results, excellence in food and beverage, and meaningful progress in sustainability.
- Build and nurture a high-performing, engaged team culture that reflects both brands’ values and enhances employee satisfaction.
- Cultivate strong relationships with local business communities, corporate clients, and brand partners.
- Ensure compliance with Accor brand standards and operational excellence across both properties.
- Champion sustainability, inclusion, and community engagement in line with brand and corporate values.
- Attract and retain top talent through active involvement in the recruitment and development process.
- The ideal General Manager will be a proven leader with extensive experience in branded, managed hotel environments, preferably with multi-property exposure, capable of harmonizing the distinct identities of Mercure and TRIBE
- Will demonstrate strong commercial acumen with a consistent record of driving performance, optimizing revenue, and ensuring financial success, while balancing the operational excellence and regional business focus of Mercure with the bold, design-led, lifestyle spirit of TRIBE.
- Highly strategic yet hands-on, this individual will combine analytical thinking with creativity and emotional intelligence to adapt their leadership approach to each brand’s personality and guest expectations.
- A natural communicator and relationship builder, they will inspire diverse teams, foster collaboration, and embody the culture of both brands with authenticity and vision
- Fluent in Polish and English, and ideally comfortable in an international environment
- Passionate about hospitality, sustainability, and delivering distinctive guest experiences that reflect each brand’s DNA—rooted in local relevance, yet globally connected
Mercure Krakow Old Town is a four-star managed property, perfectly located opposite the Main Railway Station and Galeria Krakowska. Just a 10-minute walk from the historic center the property offers 198 modern rooms and suites, elegant conference facilities and renowned Winestone Restaurant, celebrated for its excellent cuisine and relaxed atmosphere.
Opened in July 2025, TRIBE Krakow Old Town brings bold new energy to the historic heart of Krakow with design-driven interiors and vibrant art. Located next to the Old Town and Main Railway Station, it offers 168 modern rooms, a 25 m² meeting room for up to 10 people, and a boardroom for 8 guests. Guests can enjoy the TRIBE Table restaurant and terrace serving excellent Asian cuisine, the Social Hub for work or relaxation, the TRIBE Cocktail Bar with signature drinks and craft beers, and the TRIBE Coffee Bar for perfect coffee moments—all designed to create a high-end, connected lifestyle experience.
