We are looking for a dedicated Steward & Hygiene Manager to uphold our luxury standards and ensure a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment, overseeing large F&B outlets, banquets, and MICE operations..
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise the stewarding team, ensuring high hygiene standards in all F&B and kitchen areas.
Maintain compliance with Sofitel brand standards, HACCP, and local health regulations.
Implement and monitor loss prevention and breakage control programs, minimizing wastage and damage.
Manage cleaning schedules, kitchen equipment, and chemical inventory efficiently.
Train, coach, and develop the team to ensure operational excellence and adherence to SOPs.
Conduct regular hygiene audits, inspections, and risk assessments to uphold safety and Sofitel luxury standards.
Collaborate with F&B, Banquet, and Event teams to support seamless event execution and ensure proper stewarding coverage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in stewarding/hygiene management, preferably in luxury hotels/resorts.
Experience managing big outlets, banquets, and MICE operations.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and local hygiene regulations.
Proven expertise in loss & breakage control management.
Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to luxury brand standards.
Familiarity with Sofitel/Accor standards is preferred.
