THE MISSION?

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our staff? As a Staff Housing Attendant, you will be essential in managing our accommodation facilities and supporting our team with dedication and efficiency. 🏠✨

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Execute carpentry and related work to the highest professional standards throughout the entire complex, ensuring everything is in top condition 🛠️🔨.
• Administer the Accommodation Office, handling all administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly 🗂️📋.
• Oversee the daily cleaning of public areas and address any housing issues, inquiries, or complaints with contractors and suppliers 🧹🏢.
• Follow up on housing maintenance requests to ensure timely and effective resolutions 🔧🔄.
• Attend the regular accommodation inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations 🔍🛏️.
• Escort employees to and from the airport as needed and provide a comprehensive orientation on accommodation rules and policies ✈️🗺️.
• Manage stock and order supplies to maintain all necessary items 📦🛒.
• Plan and coordinate accommodation assignments based on nationality, gender, position, and arrival date, ensuring fair allocation 🏠📅.
• Maintain a safe environment, address any policy or legal violations, and provide feedback to the People & Culture Manager 🚨🛡️.
