Social Media Manager is responsible for the followings:-

* Developing and implementing social media strategy in line with business goals.

* Creating and managing content calendars to schedule posts across various platforms.

* Monitoring online conversations, tags, trending topics and sentiment related to a brand.

* Engaging with users, customers and followers to build online community and brand loyalty.

* Working with analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of social media 

   campaigns. 

* Collaborating with F&B, Rooms and Sales teams to ensure alignment between social 

   media and broader marketing strategies. 

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communication, advertising or digital marketing.

* Minimum 3 years working experience in an international chain hotel with similar capacity.

* Continuously improve skills in social media marketing, content creation, analytics and 

   community management.
