As our Senior Sales Manager, you are at the heart of Mama’s commercial engine, driving business across corporate, leisure, and group segments 🤝🌍

You don’t just sell rooms—you sell energy, experiences, and the Mama vibe 🎉

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Revenue Driver 💰📈
    Actively generate new business and grow existing accounts to drive top-line revenue
  • Account Manager 🤝🌍
    Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key accounts
  • Pipeline Builder 📊🎯
    Manage a healthy and active sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and follow-ups
  • Conversion Specialist 💼🔥
    Turn enquiries into confirmed business with confidence, speed, and personality
  • Brand Ambassador 🌟🎤
    Represent Mama at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
  • Negotiation Expert ✍️💡
    Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure profitable agreements
  • Collaboration Partner 🔗🎶
    Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Operations to align business strategies
  • Market Hunter 🎯🌍
    Identify new opportunities across corporate, leisure, and group segments
  • Performance Tracker 📊
    Monitor KPIs, sales targets, and market trends to continuously improve results
