Job Description

As our Sales Coordinator, you play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing administration, preparing proposals, and ensuring every opportunity is followed up with speed, accuracy, and style 🤝📊

You don’t just support sales—you help convert opportunities into experiences 🎉

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  • Sales Support Specialist 💼✨
    Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales team
    Assist with enquiries, proposals, contracts, and client communication
  • Proposal & Admin Champion 📑🎯
    Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales documents accurately and efficiently
    Ensure all documentation is aligned with brand and pricing guidelines
  • Pipeline Supporter 📊🤝
    Help maintain an organised and up-to-date sales pipeline
    Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Client Communication Hub 📞💬
    Handle incoming sales enquiries with professionalism and warmth
    Ensure timely responses and smooth communication flow
  • Coordination Expert 🔗🎶
    Liaise with Revenue, Reservations, and Operations to support seamless execution of business
    Ensure all details are communicated clearly across departments
  • Data & System Controller 💻📈
    Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales systems
    Support reporting and basic performance tracking
  • Detail Guardian 🧠✨
    Ensure accuracy in all sales documentation, pricing, and client information

Qualifications
