Senior Finance Assistant - The Hoxton, Amsterdam

We're looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Director of FInance you will support the smooth and efficient operation of the finance department.

Once the Mayor’s home, now our home, on Amsterdam’s Herengracht canal. The Hoxton, Amsterdam houses 111 rooms, The Apartment, our meetings & events concept, and our all-day restaurant & bar, Lotti’s.

What you'll do...

• Assist the Director of Finance in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor and analyse financial performance against budget and forecast.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist with financial audits and tax filings.
• Provide support to other departments regarding financial matters.
• Supervise and train finance department staff.
