Le Sainte-Barbe Hôtel & Spa MGallery **** situé au Conquet (29) recrute un/une Second de Cuisine H/F
Au sein de notre Maison, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Assister le Chef dans toutes les activités de la cuisine : maintenance et propreté des zones de travail ainsi que des matériels, respect des normes d'hygiène, de qualité et de fraîcheur des produits.
- Coordonner, participer et contrôler le travail des équipes pour assurer le bon déroulement du service
- Gérer les approvisionnements alimentaires en termes de qualité, quantité et dates de péremption.
- Superviser les commandes auprès des fournisseurs et assurer le suivi des stocks
- Contrôler les relevés de température quotidiens.
- Veiller la formation des collaborateurs et leur montée en compétences
- Assurer la communication interne entre les services et recueillir les retours sur la qualité des prestations.
- Veiller au respect des normes vestimentaires du personnel.
- Remplacer le Chef en son absence
De présentation soignée et issu(e) d'une formation professionnelle en Cuisine, vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie (minimum 1 an) sur un poste équivalent, acquise dans un établissement similaire.
Motivé(e) et passionné(e) par l'univers de la Restauration semi-gastronomique, vous êtes dynamique, autonome et créatif(ve).
De plus, vous maitriser les règles HACCP et avez le sens du service ainsi que du travail en équipe.
CDI en 44h par semaine, à pourvoir dès que possible
2300€ net mensuel
Horaires en continu et en coupure
2 jours de repos consécutifs en semaine
Un repas fourni par shift travaillé
