Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention, hôtel 4* situé au Cœur de l’Aéroport de Roissy, une vue imprenable sur les pistes, ses 345 chambres, son restaurant, son bar, ses 18 salles de réunion, sa piscine ainsi que son board meeting qui surplombent les pistes de l’aéroport, recherche un(e) Apprenti(e) Cuisine H/F
Rattaché au Second de cuisine, vous aurez pour principales missions:
• Préparer, dresser les plats conformément aux fiches techniques et en fonction des directives du responsable
• Organiser son poste de travail en appliquant les consignes
• Adapter son rythme de travail en fonction de l'affluence, des évènements et des clients
• Effectuer le nettoyage et le rangement de son poste de travail en fonction des directives de son responsable
Vous êtes étudiant(e) en CAP/ BAC PROFESSIONNEL cuisine/ Hôtellerie Restauration
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité d'adaptation votre sens de l'organisation et de la rigueur.
Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe et savez vous intégrer au sein d'une équipe
