Rattaché(e) au GM, vous êtes responsable du développement du chiffre d'affaires de l'hôtel sur les segments de marché Corporate, MICE (séminaires, événements) et Loisirs.
- Prospection : Identifier et démarcher activement de nouveaux clients et comptes entreprises de la région de Casablanca et au niveau national.
- Fidélisation : Gérer, animer et fidéliser le portefeuille de clients existants.
- Négociation : Élaborer les propositions tarifaires, négocier et finaliser les contrats corporate et les contrats de groupes/séminaires.
- Visites d'hôtel : Organiser et mener les visites de l'établissement (site inspections) pour les clients potentiels et les agences partenaires.
- Reporting : Suivre les indicateurs de performance commerciale (KPIs) et reporter régulièrement les résultats à la direction.
- Formation supérieure (Bac+4/5) en Commerce, Marketing ou Gestion Hôtelière.
- Expérience professionnelle de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire (Sales Manager / Responsable Commercial) au sein d’un hôtel 4* ou 5*.
- Solide réseau de clients professionnels (portefeuille corporate et agences MICE actif sur Casablanca).
- Excellentes capacités de négociation et aisance relationnelle.
- Rigueur, organisation et culture du résultat.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l'anglais (écrit et oral).
