We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team in Kochi, India. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of driving business growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and consistently exceeding revenue targets. As a Sales Executive, you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions. - Develop and execute sales strategies to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through professional, friendly, and engaging interactions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Manage the complete sales pipeline, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and contract closure
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and business transactions using CRM and relevant software applications
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress against targets and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales managers, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and optimize customer solutions
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand customer requirements and customize offerings accordingly
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities to expand market presence and generate leads
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability when facing objections, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach
- Ensure prompt and courteous service is extended to both internal and external stakeholders
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives
**Required Skills and Competencies:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Proven problem-solving skills and analytical capability to assess client needs and develop tailored solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications and CRM software or similar business management tools
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines
- Self-motivated with strong goal-oriented drive and commitment to achieving sales targets
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure while handling challenging situations
- Highly responsible, reliable, and accountable for individual performance and results
**Required Experience:**
- Proven sales experience in a B2B or B2C environment, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets
- Experience managing customer accounts and maintaining detailed records of business interactions
- Familiarity with sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure
- Experience preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Territory or account management experience
- Experience in a consultative or solution-based sales environment
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques and contract management
- Sales certifications or professional development in sales methodologies
- Experience with territory expansion and new market development
**Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred
