En Novotel Barcelona City, buscamos un/a Sales Manager que combine visión estratégica y mentalidad operativa, capaz de impulsar el rendimiento comercial del hotel y fortalecer nuestra posición como referente en el mercado.

Misión de la posición:
Como Sales Manager, serás responsable de identificar, captar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, maximizando la rentabilidad de los segmentos Corporate, MICE y Leisure.
Tu misión será construir relaciones sólidas, representar la marca con excelencia y garantizar que cada estrategia comercial se traduzca en resultados tangibles.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Desarrollar e implementar un plan de acción comercial orientado a la generación proactiva de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Gestionar una cartera de clientes propia, manteniendo relaciones sólidas y de largo plazo mediante visitas comerciales, presentaciones y acciones de fidelización.
- Elaborar propuestas comerciales y cotizaciones competitivas, asegurando el cumplimiento de las políticas de precios y márgenes definidos por el hotel.
- Participar en ferias, workshops y eventos del sector, representando al hotel y reforzando la red de contactos estratégicos.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo operativo, asegurando una coherencia entre la promesa comercial y la experiencia del huésped.
- Utilizar de forma eficaz los sistemas de gestión comercial y plataformas tecnológicas para seguimiento de leads, reportes y análisis de resultados.
- Experiencia mínima de 5 a 9 años en posiciones comerciales en hotelería.
- Perfil proactivo, orientado a resultados y con visión estratégica del negocio.
- Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y liderazgo, fomentando la colaboración entre equipos.
- Idiomas: Español e Inglés imprescindibles. Se valorará Catalán y Francés.
- Se valorará conocimiento del ecosistema tecnológico aplicado al área comercial hotelera.
